ESCWA and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) are organizing the first national workshop on debt optimization in Mauritania, in partnership with the Mauritanian Ministry of Finance. The workshop aims to discuss the tools developed by ESCWA and UNCTAD to improve debt data quality and formulate debt optimization strategies.
Participants include members of the National Committee on Debt, and representatives from the Ministry of Finance, Central Bank, and other relevant national authorities.
