In the framework of a series of capacity-building workshops for developing fundable biodiversity projects, ESCWA is organizing a two-day training that covers the following topics:
- Budgeting for project success: insights into project budgeting and application of results-based budgeting for effective resource allocation, integrating budget and expenditure needs with work plans and disbursement schedules.
- Managing risks, monitoring and evaluation: identification of potential risks and challenges through the development of a risk mitigation matrix, formulation of effective monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, and identification of adequate key performance indicators (KPIs) and guidelines for developing reporting mechanisms.
