ESCWA, the League of Arab States and their partner organizations, in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship in Jordan, are hosting the second edition of the Arab International Digital Cooperation and Development Forum under the theme “Our Vision, Our World, Our Future.”
The forum is the first of its kind in fostering digital cooperation in the Arab region and beyond. It aligns with the Global Digital Compact and the resolutions of the Arab Telecommunications and Information Council of Ministers at its 27th session.
DCDF-2025 builds on the success of DCDF-2021 and three prior regional consultative meetings organized by ESCWA in collaboration with the League of Arab States. This second edition aims to review the progress of the Arab Digital Agenda 2023-2033, and contribute to global digital cooperation and WSIS+20 review processes. The event includes various tracks, high-level segments, thematic sessions, and side events, bringing together public and private sectors, the technical community, academia, civil society, youth, and international organizations.
Key segments of DCDF-2025 include:
- 23 February 2025: The first high-level partners' conference (HLPC) on the Arab Digital Agenda 2023-2033.
- 24-26 February 2025: The fourth Arab high-level forum (AHLF) on the World Summit on the Information Society and the 2030 Agenda.
- 24-26 February 2025: The seventh conference of the Arab Internet Governance Forum (ArabIGF).
