ESCWA is cooperating with the United Nations Statistics Division and the Arab Institute for Training and Research in Statistics to organize a regional workshop on the methods and uses of time use statistics.
The workshop aims to develop national capacities on the methodology used to cost-effectively collect and regularly produce comparable high-quality data related to time use through innovative and digitalized data collection methods. It also seeks to analyse data used to inform and answer policy questions, and to create a better understanding of the progress towards the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
