As part of its efforts to reduce inequalities in the Arab region and create sustainable opportunities for unemployed young men and women and support them in enhancing their employability prospects, ESCWA held a virtual meeting on 23 January to announce the new programmes and activities of the Josour initiative for 2025.
The meeting featured a detailed presentation of the updated services added to the platform of Josour, including training prospand initiatives to support entrepreneurship. Participants were introduced to the opportunities that could be aligned with their aspirations.
They also provided feedback on the platform’s performance to evaluate its current status and identify areas for improvement and innovation, with the aim to enhance the initiative’s effectiveness.
