The 2030 Development Agenda expresses the commitment of the United Nations to accelerate development efforts and to leave no one behind. Parts of this aspirational agenda are also enshrined in international human rights law, and the SDG indicators may thus serve also to measure implementation of a range of Human Rights Conventions.
